View on Xif you manage people all day and build your own stuff after work, don’t make every product decision immediately. i started leaving new ideas and changes in the backlog for at least a couple weeks. very often, two weeks later i’m building something else and that “important” idea doesn’t matter anymore. and if it still matters, it naturally makes it into the next sprint. a backlog isn’t just for managing a product. it’s a place to put a decision so your brain can stop carrying it all day.
